Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most eligible items may be returned under the terms below.
Return windows
- Unopened items: Eligible unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price, less any original shipping charges.
- Refurbished items: Eligible refurbished items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the same requirements below.
- Incorrect items: If RH Now ships the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate replacement and return instructions.
Return requirements
- RMA required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipment. Do not send merchandise back without an RMA and return instructions.
- Return timing: Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the RMA.
- Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, and other included materials, and must be in resalable condition.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless RH Now shipped the incorrect item or otherwise agrees in writing. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Defects or shortages: Claims for defective items, shipping damage, or missing items must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
- Restocking fee: Returned merchandise that is tested and found to be functional and without defect may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Non-returnable items
All custom products and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes, without limitation, custom printed products, custom gift cards, personalized products, custom artwork orders, and other made-to-order merchandise.
Clearance or final-sale items are also non-returnable unless otherwise stated in writing.
How to request a return
Contact RH Now before sending any item back. Approved returns will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
