RH Now is an online-order business. We do not offer local pickup. Orders must be placed online and are shipped to the delivery address provided with the order.

Where we ship

RH Now ships to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping options, cost, and delivery estimates are shown when available during checkout and can vary by item, destination, weight, and fulfillment location.

Processing and shipment timing

In-stock orders are generally processed as quickly as possible. Orders requiring customization, special handling, or manufacturer/direct fulfillment may require additional processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Carriers and tracking

Orders may ship by major parcel carriers or postal services depending on the product, package size, destination, and selected service. Tracking information is provided when available after fulfillment.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for eligible items. Available services and charges are shown at checkout when applicable.

P.O. boxes and special destinations

Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes because of carrier, weight, or package-size restrictions. If your order requires special shipping arrangements, contact RH Now before ordering.

Custom and special-order products

Custom products, personalized items, and products shipping directly from a manufacturer or supplier may require additional production or handling time.
