Product Compatibility & Ordering Guide
Many RH Now products are replacement supplies or hardware that must match a specific printer, POS system, interface, size, or part number. This guide can help you verify the right item before ordering.
Receipt and kitchen printer paper
Confirm the paper width, roll diameter or length, paper type (thermal, bond, or carbonless), and your printer model. Thermal paper does not use a ribbon; impact kitchen printers commonly use bond or carbonless paper with a ribbon.
Printer ribbons
Match the printer model and ribbon family shown in the listing. Similar-looking ribbon cartridges are not always interchangeable.
POS printers and hardware
Check the exact model number and interface required, such as USB, Ethernet, serial, or another connection. A printer with the correct model name but the wrong interface may not work with your existing system.
Compatible vs. Genuine OEM
Products marked Genuine OEM are identified as manufacturer-branded products. Products marked RH Now Compatible Product are compatible or house-brand alternatives and are not the equipment manufacturer's OEM product.
When in doubt, ask before ordering
Send us the manufacturer, model number, existing part number or SKU, and—when helpful—a photo of the label on your equipment or current supply.
