Refurbished / tested pre-owned
A previously used printer that has been cleaned, tested and evaluated for operation before resale. Cosmetic wear may be present depending on the unit.
Open box / unused or lightly handled
A unit whose packaging has been opened or whose original retail condition has changed. Included accessories and cosmetic condition can vary by unit.
Always review the individual listing or quote for the exact condition, included cables or power supply, interface and warranty terms. RH Now does not treat every older printer as the same condition grade.

Check the interface before buying
The model name alone is not enough. Two printers from the same family can have different connection hardware. Confirm whether your POS system needs USB, Ethernet/LAN, serial, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and verify that the exact printer configuration works with your POS software and operating environment.
Match the correct paper and ribbon
Thermal receipt printers use heat-sensitive receipt paper and normally do not use an ink ribbon. Impact kitchen printers use bond or carbonless paper plus an inked ribbon cartridge.
