Follow the current Google Business Profile steps to get a review-request link or QR code, then learn where to use it.
Google can generate a direct review-request link and a QR code for an eligible Business Profile.
Open the Google Business Profile you manage, choose Read reviews, then Get more reviews. Google will show a shareable review link and, on a computer browser, a QR code you can save.
Sign in to the Google account that manages the correct location.
Open the review-management area.
Copy the link Google provides.
Google currently says the review QR code can be generated from a computer browser. After choosing Get more reviews, save the QR code that appears.
Counter displays, table tents, checkout areas, front desks, or signs.
Add a short invitation plus the QR code when the format allows.
Use the link in a thank-you email, message, or customer follow-up.
Program the NFC tag with the same Google review link so a tap can open it.
Test the review link yourself. Make sure it opens the correct business and location before printing or programming a large batch of cards or stands.
Use the review link for the specific location the customer visited. Do not assume one location's review link should be used for every store.
Ask customers for genuine feedback and make the review page easy to reach.
Do not offer discounts, free products, or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
